About Us
We purchased our first Brittany in 1983 from my Cousin, Ed Kostka.  Ed's father, Ed Sr., raised Brittanys since the 1960's.  He and his wife, my Aunt Fran, were President and Secretary of the Hudson Valley Brittany Club.  After attending my first field trial, held by the HVBC in Pine Plains, NY in May 1983, I decided that Brittanys would be my dog of choice.  They were the perfect size, a great temperment and I loved the fact that these dogs were so versatile.  Please see my "Past" page to hear more about "Brutus."

I was introduced to some of the Hudson Valley Brittany Club members and not only learned how to show a dog in bench competition, but I also learned about field trials.  Before I became an official member of the HVBC, I would volunteer my time helping out at the trials, both Spring and Fall, initially being taught how to plant birds by the late Al Eyring of Salem, NY.  After joining the Club, I took over the job of Field Trial Secretary and held that position for many, many years.  I was taught the ropes of that job by the late Ed Keely, our past Club Secretary, with additional assistance from Tony and Nancy Morabito.  I have always been proud to say that my entire world opened up meeting the wonderful people in the Brittany "family", both show and field, and changed my life forever.  I am currently eligible to Judge AKC pointing field trials juvenile stakes.  Judge's #ZI254.

We have always strived to breed quality Brittanys with the dual standard in mind, combining both show and field attributes.  Our puppies are always dual registered, both AKC and American Field and American Brittany Club Futurity nominated.  A puppy warranty and purchase contract comes with every puppy purchase.  At times, older pups or adult dogs may be available.

I would like to thank my dearest friend, Annette Rogers, of Queensland who shares my love of this breed, as well as sharing our future.  I also want to thank my husband, Drew, who without his constant support and assistance, my dreams would not be possible.
